I AK takes front responsibility in the area of Sortavala.

Karelian Isthmus: Mannerheim orders Colonel Pajari's 18.Division to take the northern shore of river Vuoksi between Enso and Pölläkkälä and establish bridgehead on the west side of the river.

IV AK receives orders to start preparing for an attack.

Finnish daily losses: 327
