Help! Deck Gun mixed with AA gun

I'm running a Gar class sub and just got a conning tower upgrade, but after that, the stern mounting deck gun disappeared while all of the deck gun upgrade packs are all bow mounting ones, i can't restore the 5/51 aft deck gun once more. So the crew slots of aft deck gun disappear too, and in the 3D model, the two guns mixed with each other.

I'm using TMO+RSRDC+OTC+Ralles RealModSoup for TMO_RSRDC_OTC, but i checked the related files in those mods and i think that is a bug of original TMO, because nothing changed about deck gun since TMO 2.5.

Did anyone encountered this before? How to fix that?
