How to change the Stations UI to English?

Thanks for looking into it for me, the only thing I can think of is that it installed originally using German language, but surely then the whole game would be in German? and I don't recall that happening as I have no reason to do so (though it was some time ago).

I don't really want to reinstall just to see if that is the problem as I would need to reinstall all my mods (and I vaguely remember GWX taking a while!).
For now it is a mystery and I have resigned myself to making good use of Google Translate until I can remember the labels!
