TMO random CTD

Hi guys,
So I recently got back into the SH4 scene and decided to start of with some familiar mods:
1_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5
RSRDC_TMO_V502
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1
Tillabous_coral sea_skinpack
I played for 2 days without issue, and got all the way to 1943 with a generous amount of tonnage. I decided to add 2 things to spice things up:
Improved Stock Environment_v3_TMO&RFB
A CBS NEWS radio station
I went to start a patrol and about halfway through my patrol, I get a random CTD with no warning. Not even a frozen game screen, just CTD with "SH4 has stopped working". I have tried multiple routes, as well as disabling the recently added improved stock environment mod. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong, I am really bummed out about this because I put a lot of effort into this save. Thanks!
