Modding SH5

So I have finally bought SH5 after many years of enjoying SH3. I finally saw that they disabled the DRM that required me to be online in order to play (which is why I never bought the game...I do not like payign for software I cannot use when I want to and where I want to.)

Anyways, so I want to do some modding to the game, and was wondering where I can find good info on making MODS (not installign MODS). I do not want to add any, I want to make them

Not that I won't add any. I am just saying :p

So are there good tutorials anywhere ?

Or how about good third party editing software ?
