Default El Hadji checking in

Hi there,

I'm El Hadji, a gamer born in 1969 and living in Sweden. I have been playing PC games since the 80's but was caught up in the console marshlands when the Xbox arrived. During a period I played first person shooters on a semi-competitive level and I have been running a Swedish gaming community for more than a decade (Xboyz.se). Since 2012 I only play PC games again.

These days I spend most of my gaming time playing military games such as Arma II (don't like Arma III very much...) and Company of Heroes. I am also a flight sim enthusiast and Digital Combat Simulator is my drug of choice but I also jump in the cockpit in Rise of Flight and Il-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad.

The reason I ended up here was that I decided to get Silent Hunter 5 that I play with the Wolves of Steel mod. Realism has always been my thing. Since I am a history nerd, WWII is a huge interest of mine and one of my all time favourite movies is Das Boot. I also played Aces of Deep back in the days. But my first ever subsim was Spectrum Holobytes classic game "Gato" in the mid 80's.

When I am not gaming or spending time with friends and family I work as a CEO for a company within the education sector here in Sweden.

Cheers!
