Default JSGME & Windows 10 problem.

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I have a brand new pc running windows 10 and I cant get my installed SH4 mods to work in game.
I have installed SH4 outside of the Program Files (x86) folder, directly into this folder C:\Games.
I've downloaded JSGME (from this site) into my Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific folder and run the installer to create the MODS folder. I have copied my mods into the MODS folder. When I open JSGME I can see the mods and can activate them.
However, when I run the game it runs as standard.

Do I need to amend the JSGME configuration settings?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
