newbie struggle , rewards, patrol 1 (gwx+cmd)

"in stock GWX" , so there is a sub mod allowing to get reward ? i would very like that, missions is important to me , i dont want to just run around sinking ship , i want a purpose ! and i want to be rewarded for this,
so let's formulate this otherwise : how can i submod the game so i get rewards for patroling ? and rewards for completing others things ? like docking , reporting convoys , etc...

so if i understand , if i manualy set a grid i will always have that grid for every patrol ? i tough it was only the first one ... i have to quit the game and change the grid every patrol ? if yes , when does it fit best ? after patrol but before next patrol i supose ?
