Default SH5 vs SH3

Hi Subsim

I just got the SH3 and SH5 games and have been playing them both a little now.
In SH5 I really like the graphic asnd the fact that you have to crawl to the deck to use the gun or binoculars and go to the periscope to use that instead of just alot of keybindings it makes it feel more real.

But I think it's alot easier to navigate the boat on the map in SH3, where you have the compas and speed dials with makes it alot easier i think. Also you have the crew icons where you easy can give them orders, like man the deck gun and so on, I cant find this in SH5.

My question to you is.

1. Does the running around the boat to use deckgun, periscope, map and so on in SH5 gets annoying in the long run, compared to just using shortcuts like in SH3?

2. In SH3 I can get the crew to do stuff with the crew shortcuts, like using the deckgun, tell me the deph and so on, do I have the same option in SH5 or do I need to do it all myself? (I cant find any crew shortcuts in SH5)

I can see I can get the UI like SH3 as a mod for SH5, and also some kind of crew shortcut mod, but I dont know if that mod just makes the crew shortcut funtions in SH5 better, the ones i have not found yet if they are even there, or if the mod just puts the functions in the game like in SH3?
