High resolution not working

Everytime i try to run any mod that would give me my native screen resolution
Game after GWX 3.0 intro and this "movie", changes into my native resolution and stops working
Tried everything, no clue why

1440x900 is 16:10 aspect
I have DirectX 11 installed, but it says that DX9 is installed too
SH3 is installed in standard STEAM directory (Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/Common

EDIT: Ok i reinstalled it onto Disc D (Steamlibrary/common)
When i launch it through sh3.exe or testapp.exe it works
When i use steam, nope.
Help please

EDIT2: Verifing cache makes me download 600mb of original files = no mods
Still crashes with steam

EDIT3: Checked "Run as administrator" - Works with steam and normally
Crashed when loading a map/carrer
