Was that Oberon shouting out...I'm already bloody hot I can't take this anymore!
 STEED's advice for hot weather.. Stay off your desktop PC as you know they pump out hot air. Limit watching TV another device that lets off heat. Stick a fan up on the window ledge at night to blow cooler air in. Get a air conditioner they help to a point. Drink water lots of water.
