GWX and OLC Gold - both want to modify SH3 Commander

I'm doing a clean re-install of SH3, GWX. One of the other mods I like is OLC gold. These work well together, however, both GWX and OLC gold require running a short executable to modify the SH3 Commander files.
My question is, which one of these do I use? In the read me BOTH say you must run their files to change the SH3 Commander files.
Do I simply run one after the other? If so, which one comes first?
Any thoughts?
