I took all the Naval Academy exams and received excellent rating. But it took me several training exercises to be able to take the exam. So, you can see that I have trouble thinking now. I am awaiting your reply before I install the exe program you told me to download. Thanks for your help. Robert

As for the helmsman, you don't need to go to barracks right now, just pick the officer from the bridge and add him into the empty spot
on the control room...
