Is this message frome subcom a joke?

i received this message from subcom,and went to the location 0136S 14900E on 1600 7 Jul 42,but nothing happened...there is not even a ship at all...and i serched all around,,no IJN Task Force....

Unwilling to give up,i reached the Rabel and waited for the IJN TF，，，nothing found...

so,,the message is a joke?i sailed more than 3500nm,,and only sunk a merchant(4400T)...o my god,,who can help me....what happened....

I finally found the convey after wasting lots of time,,the convey is very small,only 3 ships involved ,1 merchant and 2 dds..
