FuMo29 radar problems - how to turn on / off etc

I just gained FuMO29 radar in my campaign. It didn't go where it should have gone in the conning tower, it went to the port side of the tower instead of to the front.

EDIT: never mind about this visual problem, I found three fixed files from a thread in Mods Workshop, and the conning tower looks great now.

i can live with the bad graphics, but I can't switch the radar on or off

Does anyone know how to turn the radar on / off?
