Installation SHIII+SH3CMDR3.2+JSGME

Ok ,,, here's my problem I think :

I downloaded a copy of SHIII , GWX3.0 gold + SH3CMDR3.2+ JSGME .

I installed SHIII in this direction :

C:/users/john/Desktop/SHgame .

And the path goes like this with GWX :

C:/users/john/Desktop/silenthunterIII/silenthunterIII


OH , and I have win7 pro

After I installed GWX I installed SH3CMDR3.2 in this path :

SH3CMDR C:/users/John/Desktop/silenthunterIII/silenthunterIII
and the JSGME v2.2.0.120 was with the SH3cmdr
There were mods in it .

So,,, I downloaded some mods to that modfolder in SHIII root
where I installed GWX SH3cmdr and JSGME . The game runs fine and stable , but the mods don't work at all , exept "capt america's Offisers Icons"

What do I do wrong ??
