Which Version Am I Running?

I feel as if this is an obvious answer, but can't tell. I had to wipe my hard drive because of a virus and am back to the stock game. When I'm looking through the info, all I see is 1.4. Where do I find the specific version I'm running?

Also, an annoying bug with the ship camera. When I use it in harbor or at sea, it will work fine. However, say I pay a visit to an enemy port, from the time I get in range through the remaining patrol, the camera REFUSES to focus on my sub, a ship, or aircraft, instead giving crazy angles from underwater or glitched out images. I'm also unable to free-roam to the radio/sonar room from the conn anymore. Ideas?
