Ships underwater?

So while i got no reply in a few days in that post i resurrected ill try to make my voice heard in my own then.
( borrowing the pic from him as THIS is exacly how it is for me )

Fresh install with wolves of steel mod ( followed installation instructions to the letter ) i am now stuck with vessels being 75% submerged and i am at a loss on what to do? Should i try to reinstall and scour my computer for small teedy files windows leaves everywhere to get it 100% clean or anyone have any experience with this problem and have a solution ?
