is it ok for mw to activate new IX mod?

hey guys, I want to activate the mod,"NEW IXB AND IXC", and can I activate it?

here are the overwrites:

"Basic.cfg" has already been altered by the "GWX - Late War Sensors Snorkel Antennas" mod.
"Cameras.dat" has already been altered by the "FM_NewInterior v2.1D" mod.
"Sensors.dat" has already been altered by the "M.E.P v5- VisualSensors for GWX3" mod.
"Turm9c_1_hd.cam" has already been altered by the "FM_NewInterior v2.1D" mod.
"Turm9c_2_hd.cam" has already been altered by the "FM_NewInterior v2.1D" mod.
"Turm9c_3_hd.cam" has already been altered by the "FM_NewInterior v2.1D" mod.
