Default Question or Idea?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Something occurred to me while on patrol and it struck me as one of those "hey why not, it could happen" moments. I figured I would ask this straight from the horses mouth so to speak. So here it is, has it been done or is it in the works of a mod that causes equipment failures to happen at random while out at sea? Things break down due to wear and use. I thought it might add to the "realism" of the game. Situations like engine problems, flash fire, dive plane problems, radio or sonar problems, etc. Not too mention medical problems injuries, sickness (for those of us who know what it is like aboard a ship, a cold can spread like wildfire). Again this was just a thought. I know you all are very, very busy with developing these wonderful mods, but I thought I would just throw this out there.
Thank you all for taking time out of your busy day to read this and for your consideration in this matter.

Respectfully,

Captain Diver
