Mod soup - Too much salt

Ok peeps, I have done most of my German campaign for Sh4 and have started a RSRDC game with the US. Currently I have a fair few mods active with no problems. However, I have been trying to learn to shoot my fish properly with manual aim and have run in to a wee issue with my aim apparently sucking and my math being off.

Then I read about higher screen resolutions having visual aiming issues due to the screen sizes and the engine not recalibrating visual sizes for that res properly. So I wanted to use the OTC mod for RSRDC but to be frank, the changes are a little ott in respect to what i want it to actually do. And with my current mods Its incompatible due to the extraneous changes.

Is there an OTC "lite" version? One without loading screens, sensor changes and such? Basically JUST the optical fix, nothing more, no extra "tools", no order bar changes, no dial changes etc. Not to disparage the creator or anything, as its a very nice mod. It just has to much in it for me.
