crew names / SH5 commander

Hello Friends,

i have 3 questions to silent hunter 5:

1. is it possible to change the crew names with own names and grades at the crewscreen and where is this file?

2. is there a SH5 commander release like in SH 3?

3. is there a mod, with new animations for the crew, for instance, walk through the boot, or anything else ?
is there a manual for create own crew animations, for instance by scripting or editor?
