Default Hello community.

Hi.

my name is Carl, aka lepic (as my nickname).

I just recently bought my first Silent Hunters (SH5) from Steam sale.
I am a 20th century / first world war / second world war so-called fanatic.
Since I was a boy, my grand-father told me stories about the past. (He was like an historian for me) His father served during both world war as a soldier and him in world war 2 as a prison officer for POW's. So history is part of who I am. (who we are actually).
I'm a serious simulator fan (Flight Simulator, Ship Simulator, Truck Simulator, Train Simulator, serious Racing Simulator, Arma series player) and was in a WW2 realism community for BF 1942, Red Orchestra series. So being in a community is not new for me. BUT, I never tried any Sub sim. This is something new for me and that's why I subscribed. I want to learn, to try and to be part of this (for what I've heard and seen) amazing community.

So thanks to let me join.

sincerely

Lepic.
