I did a clean install of SHIII, then patch 1.4b. Next I installed JGSME installer as recommended, then NYGM tonnage mod. My dumb question is can I install RUB 1.45 or whatever the latest version is or is it not needed, it wasnt too clear to me wether it conflicts with NYGMTWM. The NYGM Tonnage War Mod includes RUB 1.45.

We have done so, but I think you are refering to Harbour Traffic by Rubini, coming to NYGM TW soon!
