small questions

- What does the number behind the type of torpedo mean, when your pikking up torpedos in the dock? (is it the number of torp's in stock?)
- why are there only 2 bed's for officers? On a boring patrol, i want to let them rest more, but i have only 2 beds available. And they need to rest long!!!!!

When i return from a mission, most of my officers are broken.
-where are for each type of chip the week-spots?
