You check your mod order and start a new career. Most of this is due to incorrect mod orders.
If you are suing Operation Monsoon your order should be as follows. Generic Mod Enabler - v2.6.0.157 OpsMonsun_V705 OMv705_to_V720 OMv720_Patch5 (If you add OMEGU then the following TWO mods need to be in this order AFTER the above order is in the correct location.) OMEGU_v300 OMEGU_v300_Patch7 So your first 5 mods should be in this order. 1. OpsMonsun_V705 2. OMv705_to_V720 3. OMv720_Patch5 4. OMEGU_v300 5. OMEGU_v300_Patch7 Once I re-read the documentation I found that it was my mod orders that caused the bug. Once I changed the order to what the DOCUMENTATION stated I had no more issues.
