newbie to manual targeting,a lil help please

Is it possible to set up all your tubes for firing on diffrent targets and just fire them when all set,or do you have to lock on to each target one ay a time,work out range speed angle on the bow for each one?? the latter doesnt seem right as your first torpedo would have hit the first ship as your still working out secnot target solution!

using GWX3 OLG gui gold

any help ar advice would be fantastic,thanks
