Hello,
It should work but you'll have to go through the hassle of removing starforce once it's installed. If you want to have a copy that comes without starforce, is already prepatched to the latest version and works 100% on Win 7, click the amazon link at the top right of this website and look for " Silent Hunter 2 & 3 by Encore" (May 1, 2008) It works on my 64 bit Win 7.
