Actually the building in question contains a whole row of condos, and I do share walls with the people in the next condo on one side. But I'm on the end so I'm not sandwiched in between two other units, and of course there's no one above or below since the units aren't stacked.
I don't care what it is, though, as long as it's mine and there's no yardwork involved.
