Couldn't accomplish the side mission.
 No prime minister to be found any where (obviously they don't think it necessary to boost their troop's morale at 3 AM). There was only an empty T72 (now located in one of our hangers  ) and a blind Tunguska accompanied by an as blind BMP 3 (may they rest in peace...).
