Default Floods in Germany set to break century record

http://www.guardian.co.uk/weather/20...prague-germany

In some places in Bavaria the water already is higher than during the previous record century flood from 2002. In several regions in South-East Germany, it is the third big flood in ten years. In Passau the water is reported to mark higher standing than ever before in all recorded flood history of the city. In other media earlier this morning it was reported that over night, several dams had to be given up, and broke.

Meteorologists say there is little sign that the devastating rains will stop soon. The pressure low sucking in all that moisture from the Mediterranean and raining it off over Central Europe, is relatively stationary. for the forseeable time it seems things will continue to worsen.
