Dogs don't wear "outfits", it is simply not species-appropriate. Hurt or not, doesn't matter.

It is a different thing to throw a small dog a blanket in winter when they freeze because they are so over-sophisticated that they can't handle nature anymore, ok. But stupid sailor-outfits or sunglasses, shoes and all that crap? Just sick and another proof that one should have to make a license before allowed to own a dog.
