The attack periscope of the Type XXI will not go all the way up. It is extended all the way, but the view is looking at the conning tower under the water. As the scope goes up, it looks like it is coming from the bottom of the boat, as you can see right through it. The Observation periscope works fine... Any ideas to fix it?
