I read it, as I do for every game, hoping it will clue me in on some piece of info vital to the success of playing the game. But as always, I found it had nothing really relevant to add to my gaming experience. Someday I'll give up and not bother reading the mostly useless "Readme" files. But fear of missing out on something keeps me coming back!
