Default Best torp settings for a stern shot

Hello,
I have a save where I am in a position where a destroyer is passing my stern on a 90 degrees course of about 159 degrees travelling at 14 Kts at 350M range. I am at a dead stop. The perfect position to kill it I think.

However I have tried to wack it with a two torp salvo many times but just keep missing, with the torps going of in totally the wrong direction or passing by the destroyers stern long after it has shot past.

I have tried the fast 90 method setting the AOB thing in the TDC to 90deg port and starboard and also setting the scope to 180 deg, and the AOB gauge in the TDC to 180. I put in the speed, 14 Kts. However I just can't set up the TDC properly to get this destroyer.

Can anybody suggest in a step by step kind of way how I should set up the TDC for a good shot?
