Open Horizons - Breaking the fortress

Im using Open Horizons 2 full v2 and Im getting that i completed the mission Breaking the fortress from the start and i didnt.After a while I do get a mission for scapa flow (Its not named Breaking the fortress) from north western approaches.I sink a Hood,mission completed
but no credit for North western approaches.After that mission it sends me to north of Ireland i sink some ships patrol the area mission is succes but again no credit.I also tryed accepting mission after that it again sent me to same place,After a save/load It sends me to find some task force in the north.Im confused here.Is this normal.Can anybody explain whats going on?I would be very grateful.
