[REL] Trans-Atlantic Radio Mod

Ok so, so far i have tried multiple times to install the Trans-Atlantic sound mod to Jsgme and with no sucess. I have even followed the instructions provided!

But still no joy. I even went so far as to modify the Radio.ini in the hard files of SH4. I am running the following mods on JsGME

RSRDC_SH15_v550
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1
OpsMonsun_v705
OMv705_to_v720
OMv720_Patch5
OMEGU_v300
OMEGU_v300_patch7
OMEGU_English
Websters select new sounds forv1.4 and 1.5
Websters missing voices for 1.4 and 1.5
Silhouette and RecManual Mod v1.3
RRG (from TARadio)
Setup RRG Deutshce Radio only (also from TA radio)

so too many mods, perhaps but I can't get the damn radio mods to work

Any sugjestions would be apprecialted.
