Help Someone

I have my Silent Hunter 5 running in maxed out settings with no problems, but there is one big problem that i need to fix but i can't find how to.. So when i have the option of 3D Clouds enabled sometimes when i look at clouds using binoculars or telescope it gets bugged, apears colorful, flashing textures and after while they go out, then they appear again, and its continues... Someone please help me to fix this bug i have SH5 v1.2 Sorry for my bad English.
