Shore Leave

Hello Everyone, I've been on leave from the game since November of last year because of my computer crashing. Just got a new and I'm trying to install JSGME v 2.6.0.157. It's been a while since installing this program. Just have a question about the installation. I installed JSGME in the SH IV folder, after which the 'MOD' folder was inside the JSGME folder. Does the 'Mod' folder stay inside the JSGME or does it go somewhere else. Thanks for your help in advance!
