Default How can I tell if a hotmail contact has been hacked?

Basically I've got a message from my dad and his wife - they're not likely to use this particular hotmail address for funny stuff.
The title is Nicee and the content is 'click here to read this message'.
A quick 'copy link location' and paste into notepad reveals this: internet http stuff//c6pi7jrktplyf4.ri0.me/**********************/6i603bh43shm0xrbtnn21q*******
my address removed etc

I'm thinking this is dodgy, what say you?
looking at the message source shows it is their address and some of the other bits are seemingly passed. But still
