Guys can anyone offer some tips on how to (and where to ) install Rubini's 147 harbor mod. I have a buddy who was kind enough to down load it for me since I do not have cable or high speed. I am not very good with file management so can some one walk me through an install? I have offical version 1.4b on my machine and no other mods yet. I just want to do it right! Thanks
