No, correct that, I most definitely have.
The main issue I have at this point is that my sub doesn't even show up on the nav map when I start a new campaign, making it difficult to plot a course. And my nav officer has the "plot course" greyed out, so that doesn't help either. What I was trying to do was to use sober's mod list (modified slightly to leave out stuff I don't want and to make sure that my crew speaks nothing but German. Immersion, you know), but I obviously managed to mess it up somehow. What I'm looking for in a "soup" other than simplicity is: 1) An interface as close to SHIII as possible, additional features quite welcome but not absolutely essential. 2) Good looks (environment etc.). 3) Immersion, meaning my crew can't speak anything but German (English text and tool tips is fine, although not essential as I am fluent in German), enhanced sounds etc. 4) At least halfway intelligent AI behavior and good realism if possible. What did I do wrong? I'll be eternally grateful for help here, as it is hard to play when you can't even plot a course.
