Crash when deph charged

So I'm experiencing a rather annoying CTD. Sometimes, I get crashes to desktop when I'm being DC'd by destroyers. I'm guessing a sound file is to blame but am not sure. I would really hate to turn off stormy's wonderful sound mod to fix this. Needless to say this is very frustrating when I'm in the midst of evading destroyers. Could anyone offer a suggestion? Does my mod list show any obvious problems?
