Lost Home Ports features

Hi guys I seem to have lost some features at my home port.
When I start the campain and are in the bunker I can see the docks
and other features from the bunker. I then select my torp load and
mission. The game reloads leaving me in the con. From the con I
can see port features that could be seen previously from the binker
exit are no longer there. when I sail out of the bunker there are no
piers or docks , just the bunker alone with beaches instead of
peirs. Other port objects like boys , inland buildings and trees remain.
Ive included my current mod list in case I have some conflict or outdated
mods.
