sobers green crew training V3 SH5
This mod takes away the ranks of the crew as displayed on the crew page ingame . Replaces with a % number
for the crews (training) .
There are 23 levels starting at 56 % and ending with 100 % crew training .
To see what level the crew is at you can curser over the crew to see a dialodue box or look on the crew page .
You must start a new campaign for the mod to take effect .
You must start a new campaign for the mod to take effect .
You must start a new campaign for the mod to take effect .
Install via the mod enabler (jsgme) before starting a new career .
Acknowledge sober if using in any other mod .

version 3 changed all the levels to 250 experience points. So in summary there are 23 levels and all require 250 experience points to get from
one level to the next . If you already have version 1 or 2 installed then you can install version 3 anytime either on patrol or in port .
