Default New game-----[Subwolves]

Welcome to the Homepage of Subwolves, a stand-alone strategy game which can be used by itself or with Silent Hunter IIIâ„¢. So, what does this game offer then? It is a strategy game based on the U-Boat war in the Atlantic between 1939 and 1945. Slip into the role of the "BdU" (U-Boat command) of the German U-Boat fleet and direct it as you see fit; U-Boat production, research and development, construction, sea-trials, personnel management, supervision of U-Boat ports from Norway to France and, of course, the actual strategic and tactical deployment of the U-Waffe.

Why a stand-alone strategy game that can be used with Silent Hunter IIIâ„¢?

Subwolves follows the concept of a general strategy game. From the point of view of the BdU, you lead the U-Boats into battle. The battles (the conflict between individual U-Boats and single or multiple enemy ships) can either be resolved by Subwolves itself, or played out using Silent Hunter IIIâ„¢. Thus, the game principle is along similar lines as the strategy-game aspect of the Total Warâ„¢ series and similar games.

Should I be able to implement these concepts, then Subwolves will undoubtedly be an enrichment for many enthusiastic Silent Hunter IIIâ„¢ players, as it will give them the possibility to play out the U-Boat war with a deeper background.
