Merchant Fleet mod and SH3Commander

1. Use the latest version of the ShipNames.cfg file, which IIRC includes real names for ships from the MFM. Anyway it includes the most real ship names you're gonna get using that feature in Commander, which is the only way to get them.

2. As far as I know the MFM ships should already be showing up in convoys as the types of units they are coded to be are already scripted to appear in the convoy formations (?) altho someone else would have to confirm this. At any rate it's not something that could be done or modified using Commander.
