Help with DDS files conversion!

Hi, mates: I need some help with DDS conversion. I have Photoshop CS5 for 64 bits, and "installed" the NVIDIA plugin. I write "installed" because the plugin seems installed but nothing appears in Photoshop, as the plugin isn´t installed.

There is some plugin equivalent, o how damn make work the plugin???

I need the conversion for make some graphics improvements in SH4 subs skins...

I have an original Photoshop Creative Suite, and works fine in my W7 Home Premium 64b.
