I'm not sure about the bases problem,but the DClauncher black screen sounds very much like the screen blanker.You can get avoid the DCLauncher by editing the properties of the shortcut.

\Destroyer Command\Shell\DC.exe"

change to

\Destroyer Command\Shell\Shell.exe"
