Did anyone see "History channel" Germany, submarin

Hello,
2 or 3 days ago there was a 45 min report on cold war issues, with some (for me ) real new aspects that were not even mentioned in "Blind man's bluff". What was astonishing that they did have evidence and witnesses to prove their statements - seems that some of the cold war warriors start to talk ... and that nearly all we were told about events related to submarines seems to be BS.
The main claim of the report were the British and US participation in turning the political tide against the swedish Premier Olof Palme. Sweden now begins to investigate the foreign participation again in detail, they obviously got information from someone.
The recovering of the Russian K-219 was the other main theme.
The internet is full of claims of conspiracies and the like, but to see former brigade generals and admirals talk about this was frightening to say at least. If anyone saw this, what do you think about it ?
